Time it takes for carpet to fully dry = 6 to 8 hours 

Step 1. Vacuum - Using a commercial grade vacuum cleaner we extract most debris & dirt from the carpet

Step 2. Agitation - Using a carpet rake we rake the entire carpet dislodging any remaining debris in the bed of the carpet making it easier for the next  vacuum pass to collect as much as possible

Step 3. Pet Urine & Spot Treatment - If Requested -  We only use top industry proven, products that are pet and family safe and incredibly effective at removing most problem areas and odors

Step 4. Pre-Spray - Spray and treat the entire carpet with a pet and family safe, water based detergent and solvent

Step 5. Hot Water Extraction Carpet Cleaning- Hot water and detergent is injected into the carpet while being vacuumed up with a 250 psi suction system, leaving the carpet deodorized, sanitized and Renewed

Step 1.Sweep/Mop/Vacuum - Completely remove any debris from the floor and treat any stains if necessary 

Step 2. Pre-Spray - Spray and treat the entire floor with Industry Proven solvents and cleaners specifically designed to renew grout and cleanse tile

Step 3. Rotary Vacuum - We use a commercial grade rotary vacuum with a brush-head designed for tile/grout. This is the first of two rotary vacuum cleanings we'll perform

Step 4. Grout Scrub - This step is all about the grout! Now that the solvents and cleansers have had time to sit on the grout and breakdown the mold and grime, we use a grout brush to scrub every inch of the grout lines, sanitizing and restoring the grout's original, bright color

Step 5. Second Rotary Vacuum Cleaning - One more pass over the floor with the rotary vacuum to ensure it is completely clean and dry before the sealing stage

Step 6. Sealing - This is our favorite step! We use an industry standard sealant, Saiger's Super Sealer to add a layer of gloss that both protects and leaves the floor and grout looking shiny and new

The same commercial grade Hot Water Extractor we use on your carpets is used for the cleaning of your furniture, couches and cushions

Step 1. Vacuum - Using a stainless steel upholstery detailing handheld vacuum tool we remove any and all debris 

Step 2: Spot and Stain Treatment - This step consists of identifying and if possible removing the spots/stains from the upholstery 

Step 3: Pre-Spray - We coat the upholstery with a safe and industry proven deodorant and cleanser. We let that sit for 15 mins to absorb as much of the odors, oils and other particulars 

Step 4: Steam Vacuum: Using a 250psi Hot Water Extractor vacuum, we vacuum up the deodorant, cleanser and warm water, leaving your furniture, couches and cushions refreshed and renewed
